Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wow, the new recipe I tried out this week? It's amazing!!!

Caramaly, soft, chewy, yes, completely worth the 36hrs the dough sat in the fridge!

I got the recipe from Emily over at cupcakesandcashmere.com

It's amazing!! Looking forward to doing cookie bars this year! I did make mine smaller, I got 8 dozen cookies out of the batch. But what I'm making cookies for, smaller was more appropriate! (it's a dessert bar type thing) I do agree that bigger would be better!!!

Now, back to my cupcaking! And then I have two birthday cakes to tackle. Fun fun!!

Cookies!

This week I'm throwing together a "snack" for the women's retreat this weekend at my church. Cookies, cupcakes, mmmmm!!

I'm trying out a new chocolate chip cookie recipe, the dough has to "sit" for 36 hours!!

So Wednesday I will let you know how they taste. I'm excited! I'll also post the recipe.
