Congratulations Elena & Kris!

Yesterday was insane! But we had so much fun! Elena and Kris had a vision for a rustic backyard style wedding, with some elegant touches thrown in. My team was amazing this week. I had so many assistants that wet above and beyond!! (and they all looked nice and rested, unlike yours truly!!)

Congratulations Elena & Kris!! May the two of you have a wonderful life together. And to your mother? A huge thankyou for being such a wonderful hostess!!! On her 39th wedding anniversary no less!

I will have to sit down this week and edit the shots I took with my big Nikon. And put up a proper post, you know, with details!!

I had the fun of styling a concession stand this past weekend for a school play.

So much fun, raised lots of $$$ for the drama club, and made many happy customers!

A huge thank you to Joe at Bear Valley Rentals for the killer deal on a cotton candy machine! That and my cake pops made over half our profit!

Summer 2011 Specials

Summer 2011 is nearly here! School is almost out, and the fun of water, sun, sand, beach, summer parties, and birthday parties begins!!

We are running some specials this year for summer.

Mini Cakes (as pictured here) $4 each, minimum order of 4 cakes. Order a dozen and receive a break, $36 for a dozen mini cakes! The flavour combinations are limitless!!

The cakes pictured here are white chocolate cake with a strawberry compote filling, topped with white chocolate fondant & airbrushed with pearl shimmer. The small forget-me-not is made from gumpaste and hand-painted. We can do other types of small flowers, please inquire!

Tray special pricing!! Order a tray of 40 cake balls for only $50!! Flavours are picked in quantities of 10.

1 dozen cake balls OR cake pops only $18.

Pick of flavours (mix & match!) Cake balls come packages in a box, and cake pops come packaged individually wrapped in a clear bag. Your pick of decor! (edible glitter, shimmer, designs, flowers, hand-painting!)

Hello Kitty Cake Balls!!

These were such a treat to make. Little Hello Kitty Cake Balls!

I had intended to make them into cake pops, but it was a super-last minute thing, and it seems that EVERYONE where I live is currently MAKING cake pops! Soooo, everywhere was sold out of the little sucker sticks. OOPS. (it's fine now, I have plenty, I ordered them)

I love making special cake balls like this, the shapes, etc. Hand-painting them it even more fun!

They were Mint Chocolate & Carrot Walnut Cheesecake, and the little pink ones you see in the box were Strawberry Cheesecake cake balls.

Lots of new flavours on the menu!
