This coming Sunday, September 18, 2011 they are hosting their annual Wedding Tour! This year it's an exciting event, you travel from location to location, meet with different vendors, and best of all, see the GORGEOUS Mountain Lakes area! It's fall, the mountains are GORGEOUS!
Unfortunatly due to a huge scheduling conflict, Adair Weddings is unable to be a vendor at the tour this year. (hopefully next year!) However, we are offering couples who are registered or who walk-in on September 18, 2011 a special deal!

Tasting Box!
Just to give you an idea of what our "Tasting Box" looks like!
It includes 2-3 types of cake for you to try, covered in our delicious White Chocolate Fondant, and possibly a treat tucked in, cake balls or cake pops, depending on what we have going on that week.
Our Tasting Box is FREE if you are booking through the Mountain Lakes Wedding Association, or if your potential cake order is over $300. Otherwise, we offer it for purchase for $20 (cash only please), and that $20 goes towards any cake order over $150 if you choose to use Adair Weddings for your special occasion cake!
This is not something we deliver "just because", it is intended to existing or potential clients who want to taste & see some of our work.
Remember, we do more than weddings! Birthday Cakes, Quincenera Cakes, Anniversary Cakes, the crazier the design/idea, the more excited we get about it!

Pine Rose Cabins Wedding
Back on April 15th, 2011, I had the honor of crafting not only 180 yummy cupcakes, but also a lovely 2-tier gluten-free cake, AND all the flowers for a lovely couple who choose to get married in a simply gorgeous spot, the Pine Rose cabins up in Twin Peaks, CA.
A mountain wedding is SO much fun. You have gorgeous scenery, the weather is amazing from about March-October, and it's a destination wedding that doesn't involve sea, salt, and sunburn!
The Mountain Lakes Wedding Association (www.lakearrowheadweddings.com) is a fantastic resource for those wanting to whisk their friends and family away to the beautiful, and cool, mountain lakes area!
Pine Rose Cabins is simply a lovely place to have a wedding, they have this gorgeous area for your ceremony & outdoor reception. It's very rustic and elegant all at once. Sarai is there to help you through the whole process!

Cupcakes, Gluten-Free & Sugar Free Cake, this wedding truely tested our skills and gave our kitchen quite a run! But everything turned out lovely, and if I do say so myself, my Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake is just as moist and yummy as my full-of-gluten Double Chocolate Cake.
Mmmmmm.
And now, I want cake.

Mountain Lakes Wedding Tour Location!
Sorry for the late post on this, but I have our location for the Wedding Tour this Sunday, May 23rd from 12pm-6pm!
Adair Weddings will have floral displays as well as a cake to taste, and plenty of Cake Balls at the St Moritz Lodge at Lake Gregory Regional Park.

It looks like we're going to be doing a Black & Ivory theme, which is fabulous, as we did this AMAZING Black & White theme party on May 15th at the Grumpy Golfer in Victorville, CA.
