Sweet Sixteen

I threw together this cake for a friend of mine, for her daughters Sweet Sixteen party today! 

Even more exciting, I channeled my new favorite French Macaron flavour into the top layer: it's a white chocolate cake with fresh raspberries, a pink raspberry buttercream, and pomegranate in the middle. It sure smelled amazing! 

All the flowers are handmade from gumpaste, and I airbrushed the fondant, as well as hand-applied glitter. It's a sparkly shimmery concoction, perfect for a girly girl!

I did this adorable cupcakes/cake/candy bar display for a birthday party this past weekend. The linens are pieces I use for displays, and the glassware I rent out. The candy bar was in lieu of goody bags!
