Macarons

A dear friend of mine asked me to make her some Macarons a few weeks ago. Well, I have finally gotten to it!

Almond, orange (yummy!!!) and mint.

These are special order only, and I have a minimum order, as well as they need to be ordered at least one week in advance.

If you are dying for a quick fix, go visit my friends over on Roy Rodgers Dr in Victorville, M Cupcakes n Pastries. They always have a wonderfully full case! (I often stop in for some myself!)

Macawrongs!

This was semi intentional, as I thought the unpolished macawrongs went with my rustic chocolate chip cookies!

I made almond & mint. Mmmmm. Half the mint actually came out perfect! (figures!! Lol)
