Macarons

A dear friend of mine asked me to make her some Macarons a few weeks ago. Well, I have finally gotten to it!

Almond, orange (yummy!!!) and mint.

These are special order only, and I have a minimum order, as well as they need to be ordered at least one week in advance.

If you are dying for a quick fix, go visit my friends over on Roy Rodgers Dr in Victorville, M Cupcakes n Pastries. They always have a wonderfully full case! (I often stop in for some myself!)

Cupcakes!

I've been taking some time off this month to enjoy my family, and because it has been so hot!!!

But a friend of mine put in an order for some cupcakes this week, and as hot as it is, I was excited to bake today!!

It's for an "over the hill" party tomorrow.

I also need to post the last cake I made in June this week! And some non-baking projects I've been working on this month. Exciting stuff!!

Mmm, stopped into my favorite bakery up here, M Cupcakes n Pastries today for Macarons! Mint & Chocolate.

Mmmmm.

Roy Rodgers Dr in Victorville, next to Starbucks, I recommend stopping in for a sweet treat!
